Bottle Filling
As one of the leading North American supplier for pharmaceutical solid dose bottle filling change parts, we saw the need to offer both types of solid dose fillers: slat filling and electronic counting technology. We also supply the various ancillary equipment and parts you need to create your full pharmaceutical bottle filling line. In 2001, We began making slats and manifolds as change parts for Merril, Lakso, and King fillers. Today, we supply change parts for any type of filler in the market as well as selling our own SureFill 300 slat filler.

When our company began, we were an aftermarket supplier of blister tooling change parts such as form dies, seal dies, and die cutters to local companies across the Midwest. Today, we develop and create tooling and parts for all brands of pharmaceutical blister packaging machine manufacturers. We also supply cartoner parts and feeder parts.
