The Tomcat 1200 Bottle-Filling Machine
The Tomcat 1200 is our newest bottle-filling machine specifically designed for tablets, capsules, and soft gels. A versatile small-scale system, the Tomcat counts and fills quickly and accurately and is engineered for products that are challenging to count, like translucent soft gels and dusty tablets.
The Tomcat 1210 Bottle-Filling Machine
What sets the Tomcat 1210 apart is its ability to count unique products like dusty tablets and translucent softgels with ease. Plus, it comes equipped with a rejection sensor to detect any filling errors and ensure a precise count of quality tablets in each bottle.
SureFill 300
Our SureFill 300 Slat Filler eliminates the risk of rogue tablets or capsules being left behind in the machinery. Designed to produce a throughput of up to 300 bottles per minute, the SureFill 300 provides increased productivity during the bottling process.
The SureCount Inspection System
Ascend’s SureCount Inspection System mounts directly to high-speed bottle fillers and provides quality control for every bottle, ensuring that each has the correct amount of tablets or capsules. Equipped with a snap-in sensor head and light feature, SureCount changeovers are quick and seamless.

Sepha Blister Packaging Equipment
The EZ Blister
The Sepha EZ Blister is a semi-automatic packaging machine ideal for packaging tablets, capsules, ampoules, pouches, and sachets. It has a three-in-one manufacturing process for low-volume blister packaging and can handle all thermoform and cold form materials.
EZ MedPak
The Sepha EZ MedPak is a compact, lab-scale medical device packaging machine designed for sterility, maintenance, and barrier protection against microbial penetration to meet the requirements of the medical device market. This semi-automatic packaging machine has an operating speed of approximately 200 cycles per hour for any single operation.
Sepha Non-Destructive Leak Testing Equipment
VisionScan 3D
The Sepha VisionScan 3D is a non-destructive leak testing (NDT) machine designed for blister packs. Manufactured around a new patented 3D measurement technique, the VisionScan 3D offers a rapid test time for modern pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers, with results for micron holes in 60 seconds and gross holes in 30 seconds.
VisionScan MAX
Providing a high throughput of up to eight packs per minute, the Sepha VisionScan MAX is a non-destructive leak testing machine equipped with an automatic feature that sorts good and bad packs into collection magazines. This removes the need for an operator and allows accurate quality control.
MediScan
The Sepha MediScan is a tool-less, non-destructive leak detection machine designed for non-porous pouches, sachets, and medical device packaging. Developed to test for leaks in flexible packaging, the MediScan can store multiple test methods for up to 30,000 product types.
PakScan
A non-destructive, multi-product seal integrity tester for pouches, sachets, and flexible packaging, the Sepha PakScan uses pressure, vacuum, and precision load cells to identify leaks as small as 10 microns. It’s equipped with software that provides a clear result for each separate package in the batch.
Multi-Q
The Sepha Multi-Q is a non-destructive, deterministic, and multi-functional Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) machine designed to detect leaks in non-porous, rigid, or flexible packaging. It’s a lab-scale unit with a small footprint and offers the flexibility to test different types of containers.
Multi-Q HD
Another CCIT system we offer is the Sepha Multi-Q HD, an NDT machine developed to detect leaks down to 1 micron in parenteral containers. It identifies leaks in pharmaceutical containers using vacuum decay, a proven NDT method that can pick up the slightest rise in pressure to detect even the smallest micron holes.

Sepha PressOut Universal Mini
Sepha’s PressOut Universal Mini deblistering machine is an automated benchtop system for recovering low volumes of pharmaceutical tablets and capsules like child-resistant and peelable blister packs. The machine uses simple, low-cost tooling that makes changeover seamless and can deblister up to 16 packs per minute.
Sepha PressOut Manual Wide
The PressOut Manual Wide deblistering machine is ideal for recovering small batches of push-through blister packs. A manual, tool-less, and portable system, the PressOut Manual Wide improves efficiency and employee engagement when dealing with rejected blister packs.

S-100
The Argentecnica S-100 continuous blister machine is a small-scale system that packages batches of up to 10,000 packs. It’s the perfect solution for companies operating with limited facility space and provides a small footprint for small R&D labs or production rooms while operating like a larger production-sized unit.
S-300
The Argentecnica S-300 blister packer can produce up to 300 blister packs per minute. Equipped with a large feeding area, tool-less changeover, and a design that integrates different film and foil materials, the Argentecnica S-300 is easy to use and one of the most cost-effective blister packaging machines available today.
S-300XL
With a 240mm X 160mm format area, the Argentecnica S-300XL blister packer is the perfect production-scale packaging machine for wider-form packs. This machine has various custom feeder options available that are designed and built for unique product and packaging needs.
Argentecnica Cartoning Equipment
Cartoning equipment is a packaging machine that forms carton packaging used to transport small to large volumes of bottles or blister packs in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

CPS 100
The Argentecnica CPS 100 is an automatic cartoner for blisters or bottles. Equipped with adjustable features to accommodate various carton sizes, the CPS 100 is easy to use, has a PLC-controlled touchscreen system, and trace and track sterilization options.
CPS 130
The Argentecnica CPS 130 automatic cartoner also has adjustment features to accommodate many carton sizes. Manually packaging cartoners can cause damage. The CPS 130 automatic carton filling machine reduces the chance of product damage.

The VIVID LITE Tablet Counter Machine
The VIVID LITE provides superior counting accuracy for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging applications. The new tablet counter is equipped with a wide range of features, including assistance with identification of incorrect tablets, a large counting tray, dispensing tubes, and Wifi/Ethernet/USB capabilities.
